These are my favorite! Usually I have to knead shoes before wearing because they are stiff or binding in certain areas, but these were perfect right out of the box. I love that I can jump into them quick to run out the door; as there are no laces to deal with. I did think the elastic strapping was adjustable when I bought them, but they are set. The foot bed has padding under the toes, and there is also some arch support. They can be dressed up or down, and look great with jeans or skirts. I do a lot of city walking, and while navigating rainy sidewalks, I find them to be quite waterproof and slip proof. They stay cozy with warm socks, but are also breathable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
